Art Hotel just steps from the Train Station

Great breakfast, really good service, friendly and helpful staff at the reception! Nice facilities and really good and quiet and absolutely convenient location of the hotel. Clean rooms, but really a bit small !!! A pity, but sufficient for a few nights! But in return very good hygiene concept, even at the buffet! The convenient especially is the good location at the beginning of the city and the ferries! Interesting and special free mobile phone offer especially for international visitors to the city! Literally the nicest hotel in Cannaregio hands down. Went to other hotels in the area to visit friends and they all looked dated. We invited them over to our hotel bar and couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was. The hotel staff was A-1. I arrived early and they had my room ready. The front desk staff was super helpful and knowledgeable with everything and anything! They answered all my questions (where to eat, drink and how to get around). The room was very clean. The waterfall shower was definitely a godsend after a long day of walking around Venice. Back to the bar! The Spritz at Venice times is by far the best we had in Venice. Better than any restaurant. GM the night bartender was such a great host made the best drinks super friendly! All in all STAY HERE!

The location of the hotel is excellent, very central within walking distance of the train station or Vaparetto. Still in an extremely quiet alley. The bedrooms face the beautiful courtyard garden and absolutely quiet. In addition, the super-comfortable beds guarantee a wonderful sleep. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with many charming accessories. The breakfast offers a plentiful selection and is of high quality - best scrambled eggs! The staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. This hotel is absolutely recommended.

Really nice and morderne hotel. All the staff were really nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast small but nice, all fresh, good strong coffee. The design has definitely convinced us, very different from what you usually find in Venice so often. The location right at the train station is also great,
many water bus lines go right around the corner and the bus station is also not far away. You can walk to the center of Venice in about 20 minutes, there are many different paths and a large number of restaurants nearby! We would like to come back again.

Room was quite small - however that was clearly stated in the description. Personnel was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was ok - scrambled eggs and bacon in particular. Restaurant where breakfast is served looks very nice (with all the hanging photos of Venice). Cappuccino and other coffee drinks are included in breakfast price.

Beautiful modern hotel. Very comfortable spacious family room, perfectly equipped (large TV screen, kettle, etc.). Breakfast at the top (with excellent patisseries house). Good location (close to the bus boats and the bus station in connection with the airport). Area with restaurants, shops. About 30 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square, but access by very lively and typical pedestrian streets, or convenient access by boat-bus. Friendly and professional staff. Great stay!

The hotel is very close to the train station, and at the same time next to one of the bridges of the Grand Canal, and at the beginning of a very lively street. But he’s in an alley, which gives him more peace. You can only walk through the streets of Venice, which is why it is so valuable that the Venice Times is close to the station and the Calatrava bridge, from where you can get to the city and where you can get taxis from the airport. It’s only five minutes dragging the suitcase, a luxury. When you arrive you don’t know what you are going to find because the alley is narrow, but the hotel you enter is magnificent. Tastefully renovated, small but charming. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast, just but enough. And, ultimately, a very good base of operations to kick off Venice.

Excellent breakfast, very helpful, polite and professional staff, both at reception and in the breakfast room.
